CUSTOM ORDERS: I will be sending over a proof of my wooden & embroidered items to you, before I carve on your item. I allow 3 days for you to get back to me with any changes need. If I do not hear back after 3 days, I will proceed with your order as is. Please check your inbox for the proof.
FOR MY CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: Shipping to P.O. Boxes, Remote Areas & Islands, may incur a higher then posted shipping rate. We will contact you prior to starting your order, to discuss any potential shipping increase. This is a rare occurrence.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES: Not accepted As The Items Are Personalized.
But please contact me if you have problems with your order. We stand behind our products and always work with our customers to try resolve any issues.
SHIPPING: I will be sending over a tracking number with your order. It does come with insurance. IF you have any problems with the shipping, please be sure to contact me right away and I will look into it for you. Patches DO NOT have tracking. They are sent letter mail. If you want tracking, please contact me prior to purchase and I will make an invoice for you for tracked shipping.
DOOR TO DOOR DELIVERY: I will drop off your purchase to your front door. Not able to deliver to apartments unless you are there to receive the item. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN ITEMS if item is left on your doorstep.
