They were very accommodating because I thought I wanted the long version of dept and when I got the proof or the cross it did not look good. This seller was fantastic! She helped me create a custom image to go on the headphone stand. She was very prompt and even handled looking into shipping when the USPS slowed delivery way down.
The product came out perfect and looks exactly how I had hoped and how we had discussed. It is sturdy real wood and comes with soft gel tabs on the base to keep it from sliding. I am extremely happy with the whole experience from start to finish!
