CUSTOM ORDERS
Before I begin carving or creating your wooden or embroidered item, I will send you a proof for approval. Please review it carefully and let me know if any changes are needed within 2 days.
If I do not receive a response within 2 days, I will proceed with your order using the proof provided.
Please be sure to check your inbox (and spam/junk folder, if necessary) for your proof.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
However, if you experience any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to contact me. I stand behind my products and will work with you to resolve any concerns.
SHIPPING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. All shipped orders include insurance.
If you experience any shipping issues, please contact me as soon as possible so I can assist you.
Please note: Embroidered patches are shipped in Canada via standard letter mail and do not include tracking. If you would like tracked shipping for patches, please contact me before placing your order, and I will provide a custom invoice for the upgraded shipping option.
USA Patches do include tracking.
